EthioDeploy connects to a GitHub repository you choose and automatically builds and deploys it whenever you push to the default branch. Each project gets a subdomain at <project-slug>.ethiodeploy.com by default, and you may attach your own custom domain. By using EthioDeploy you agree to these terms.
You sign in with GitHub and install the EthioDeploy GitHub App on the specific repositories you want deployed. You're responsible for what you grant that app access to, and for revoking access if you no longer want a repo deployed through us.
You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your GitHub account secure. We authenticate you through GitHub and don't hold a separate password for your account.
EthioDeploy is billed in Ethiopian Birr. We don't process card payments; plan purchases and wallet top-ups are paid by bank transfer to one of our listed settlement accounts, and confirmed through verify.et, a third-party bank-transfer verification service. You submit the transfer reference; verify.et confirms it reached our account before your plan activates or your wallet is credited.
Submitting a false, altered, or someone else's transfer reference in an attempt to get service without paying is treated as fraud and may result in immediate suspension.
If your usage exceeds your plan's quota, overage is billed against your wallet balance where applicable. Unpaid overage may result in your projects being suspended until the balance is settled.
Plan fees are generally non-refundable once a plan is active. Unused wallet balance may be refunded on request: email [email protected] and we'll handle it case by case.
You may not use EthioDeploy to host or run:
We may suspend or remove a project that violates this without prior notice, particularly where it affects other users or the platform's infrastructure.
We run EthioDeploy on our own servers and work to keep it reliable, but we don't currently offer a guaranteed uptime SLA. The service is provided “as is”; we're not liable for downtime, data loss, or lost revenue arising from outages, though we take incidents seriously and work to fix them quickly.
You retain all rights to the code and content you deploy through EthioDeploy. You grant us only the access needed to build, run, and host it on your behalf; we don't claim ownership of it and won't use it for anything other than operating the service you asked for.
You can stop using EthioDeploy and delete your projects at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms, unresolved unpaid overage, or fraudulent payment activity. Where reasonable, we'll try to notify you first.
To the extent permitted by law, EthioDeploy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue or data, beyond the amount you've paid us in the preceding three months.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
