Yes. The Free plan costs $0 and runs one project on a <project>.ethiodeploy.app subdomain with a 512 MB managed Postgres, MySQL or Redis addon. Free projects sleep after 30 minutes without traffic and wake on the next request.

Yes. Every plan can be paid by local bank transfer in ETB: Pro is 1,399 ETB and Business is 4,999 ETB per month. The transfer is verified against the bank, usually within seconds, and each payment covers 30 days. Outside Ethiopia, pay by card in USD.
Yes. Card plans renew monthly (or yearly, on yearly billing) until you cancel from Settings → Billing, and the plan stays active until the paid period ends. Bank-transfer plans don't renew on their own; if you don't pay again, the account moves back to Free after a 2-day grace period.
Yes. Pro and Business can be billed yearly for the price of 10 months: Pro is $100 or 13,990 ETB a year, Business is $300 or 49,990 ETB a year. The compute quota still resets every month. Agent plans are monthly only.
No, it's a separate add-on. Every account gets a one-time free trial of 100,000 tokens. After that, agent plans are Starter ($5/month), Pro ($20/month) and Max ($50/month), with access to Claude, GPT and 100+ other models.
Yes. Custom domains come with Pro and Business. You can buy a domain from the dashboard on any plan, but attaching your own domain to a project needs a paid plan.
